I. General Information: 

IoT portable axle scale(mobile phone type with Android system supported) is a new generation portable mobile overload management system. It adopts the latest vehicle weighing concept and uses the features of intelligent mobile phone such as portability, durability, high extensibility and strong data processing ability. This system has abundant human-computer interaction interface and fluent operation experience. It can collect vehicle overrun and overload information from monitor place and calculate it in local or upload to remote server and work out the statistics and back up the data at the server end. This system is used widely in police office, transportation, electric power, metallurgy, mine, port and other departments. It can be used for portable axle scale, platform weighing scale, truck scale and so on. Its indicator can also be changed to batching package one or other static and dynamic one.

 

II. Features:

a) Its software has compatibility with all intelligent mobile phones supported by Android system. No need other weighing instrument. It's convenient, portable and highly applicable.

b) It uses WIFI technology to communicate with transmission distance more than 15m, which improves the anti-interference ability and provides technology protection for weighing precision of the system.

c) Calculate and print overrun data automatically by preset the whole vehicle model. It's easy to be operated and the check paper is clear and simple to be read.

d) In the dynamic weighing mode, fill in the weighing information and axle type and start the first time dynamic weighing. After finish it successfully, the information including weight of each axle, total weight, limit weight and vehicle speed will be displayed. Then press "print" to output data.

e) It uses micro blue-tooth printer with charge function.

f) It can communicate with network server.

b) Overrun and overload checking:

   As the tool of Transportation Control department and Road Administration to check vehicle overrun and overload , it is important for road and bridge protection and traffic safety.
